Its here, its there and its everywhere! Huda Beauty’s newest palette is talk of the town at the moment and why it wouldn’t be? The shades were gorgeous even in the popular Rose Gold palette but the formula was something people had difficulties with. Huda has remastered the original palette with some new shades but with mind-blowing formula (as they say) and practical packaging with mirror.
This palette has 18 revamped luxurious eyeshadows with 4 key textures including 8 buttery mattes that blend seamlessly with your skin, 8 melted metal shadows with a blinding pure foil finish and easy application, 1 jet black wet & dry shadow for a dramatic cat liner or intense smoky eye and 1 pressed pearls shadow to highlight your look. The palette is a transformed version of Huda’s first masterpiece. It also features redesigned shades with a softer colour harmony, and the most insane metal fondant for your lids. The outer packaging showcases Huda’s favourite look.

Overall thoughts: Huda has reduced number of mattes and replaced them with metallic shades in this one. The shades are super pigmented, the texture of these eye shadows are creamy and they blend so easily. I love the fact that these metallic shades can be used with brush as well as fingers unlike her previous palette where textured shadows were best applied with fingers. The metallics are a completely new formula so they’re a lot easier to use. The best way to use is to take some eyeshadow on the brush and then spritz it with setting spray to give a more intense look but for crease and soft looks i would avoid spritzing with setting spray and build the colour slowly. The mirror with cardboard packaging are essential for travel-friendly palettes so another tick on packaging. This palette has got you covered from day to night looks and the shade selection will look beautiful for all skin tones.
Until next time
