Congested Skin? No Problem, Pixi's NEW Clarity Range is for you!

Pixi Beauty products are well-loved by me for many years now and the brand has recently launched the new Clarity range which is exclusive to Lookfantastic for one month. The range aims towards congested skin and the products are great for achieving clear complexion without being harsh on the skin.

The range has 4 products for a simple routine out of which the toner comes in two sizes. I really like the powder blue packaging with the distinctive Pixi green lids.

Pixi Clarity Cleanser 135ml

This cleanser has a powerful trio of Salicylic, Lactic, and Glycolic Acid that together refreshes and purifies the complexion. The acids work in harmony to exfoliate the face, buffing away dead skin cells and unclogging the pores to remove any impurities, dirt, or leftover makeup. This cleanser also removes any pimple-causing bacteria from the skin, helping to minimize breakouts. There is also Aloe Vera in this cleanser which has anti-inflammatory power, reducing any redness and cooling any irritation to provide almost instant relief, calming the complexion.

The cleanser is suitable for all skin types and doesn’t irritate my sensitive dry skin. This is fab for a deep clean and I am using it twice a week at the moment for a gentle detox. My skin looks bright and refreshed after every use.

Pixi Clarity Toner 100ml & 250ml

The clarifying formula of this toner contains a trio of potent AHAs to provide exfoliating action. Salicylic acid cleanses deep into the pores to help remove impurities and prevent congestion. Glycolic Acid restores a natural glow, leaving the skin’s surface feeling smooth and refined, while Lactic acid hydrates and exfoliates to balance the skin.

The toner is enriched with antioxidants and helps to reinforce the skin’s natural defenses against the damaging effects of environmental aggressors such as pollution. Probiotics help to balance the complexion to promote a clearer complexion. This tonic will help to calm and clarify to restore balance to your complexion, minimizing the appearance of pores and uneven texture. Skin looks clearer and smoother with regular use.

Pixi Clarity Concentrate 30ml

This is a clarifying serum with a water-based consistency. The formula is very gentle and delicate on the skin, effectively smoothing the skin’s surface without irritating sensitive areas. The serum is infused with Salicylic Acid, that exfoliates dead skin cells and unclogs the pores to remove any impurities, dirt, or leftover makeup. The formula softens the surface while combatting the appearance of enlarged pores.

The concentrate refines the skin with Lactic acid to reveal a more even tone and texture. Probiotics balance the complexion, combatting oiliness and excess sebum production to mattify the skin’s surface. Finally, Aloe Vera reduces any redness and provides almost instant relief, calming the complexion.

Pixi Clarity Lotion 50ml

This is an oil-free moisturizer with clarifying properties, targeting areas of oiliness and shine for a calm, mattified finish. The lightweight lotion has a water-based formula that boosts hydration as it leaves the complexion comfortable and shine-free.

Salicylic Acid, or Willow Bark Extract, refines the look of pores for a smoother-looking surface. Ceramide NP combats dryness with its moisturizing and replenishing agents. I love ceramides for dry skin. Aloe helps to hydrate and soothe stressed complexions, while Kaolin purges excess oils without stripping away essential moisture.

This anti-shine moisturizer is very lightweight and is suitable for all skin types. It works great under makeup for a fresh, matte complexion without the uncomfortable feeling of tightness.

I am currently using the products twice a week but may increase the usage depending on how my skin behaves. For now, I am happy to report that my skin looks clearer and brighter without any irritation.

Until next time, Ashh xo
