This limited-edition release is intended to give your eyes, cheeks, and lips an enigmatic shine, inspired by the dazzling purity and subtle colour changes of natural gemstones.

The Gemstone Inspiration

Translucent glow, serene flushes, and dewy finishes are the focal points of the FROZEN LIGHT theme. SUQQU has created a colour scheme that is both grounded and ethereal by reflecting the sombre, reflected depth of natural minerals, from deep amethyst to soft pink quartz.

Collection Breakdown

Eye & Face Compact | £62: Two limited-edition eyeshadow and blusher combination compacts – 103 KOUEI (Sepia Quartz Colour) and 104 SHOUSOU (Pink Quartz Colour). I got my hands on the 103 KOUEI, and it is absolutely stunning! The silver shade in the eye palette is just perfect for cold winter evenings, especially for the upcoming holiday season and parties. The rest of the shades are neutral with a bit of sparkle to add that groundness as well as a bit of sparkle. They compliment every skin tone and that’s the thing with neutrals – you just can never go wrong with them! Colour-wise they’re fab, and there’s no fallout whatsoever. They blend well too. With blush, it is on a softer side so you might want to build it up but it is a gorgeous colour – very sophisticated and adds a beautiful flush as well as radiance to the cheeks. This versatile palette offers a harmonious mix of shimmering eye shades and a complementary blush to create a cohesive, radiant winter look.

Glow Setting Powder | £56 for a set (£40 for refill and £16 for case & brush): 101 Lavender Pink (Limited Edition) is the only shade launched and it is a gorgeous soft lavender-looking powder shade in the pan but on skin it looks more like a soft silver highlighter – like a translucent snowflake. This powder is designed to impart a translucent, soft-focus finish with a subtle violet-pink tone that brightens and sets the skin without looking flat.

Moisture Glaze Lipstick | £36 for a Set (£30 Refill and £6 Case): Three limited-edition shades will be launched in this collection – 114 TOUSHOUIRO (Shine Pink), 115 OUGYOKUHIKARI (Crystal Beige), and 116 YUKARIISHI (Shimmering Purple). It is an ultra-hydrating formula delivering a dewy, translucent veil of colour across the lips. I got my hands on the shade 114, and it is a gorgeous mid-pink shade that looks stunning on my medium Indian skintone. The formulation is absolutely stunning – very hydrating and creamy like a balm and the colour payoff is fab!

Nuance Mascara | £26: Just one limited edition shade 101 Amethyst Purple will be launched under this collection. A moody, sophisticated purple tint that adds subtle depth and a pop of gemstone colour to your lashes.
