Golden sunset tones, pretty summer blooms, clear skies, and a kitten playing in the garden - that's what I imagine when I see the new Summertime Blue collection from Paul & Joe Beauté. I have seen some of the previous limited edition collections from the brand and noticed Cats make an appearance often in their collections. This collection is all about cats and florals on the packaging. The lipsticks however boast a bear head shape.
