Hi Babes, Finding a good kohl liner which is long lasting and waterproof without breaking a bank was not easy earlier. If you get long lasting formula then the pigmentation is not good enough that the liner becomes your absolute fave. If you get all the qualities in a single liner then the price is a challenge.
